RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities at Birds of a Tile, LLC (“Company”), including but not limited to Mahjong, board games, tournaments, private events, and general social gatherings.

I understand that participation involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls
• Accidental injury
• Property damage
• Actions of other participants

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, I release and hold harmless Birds of a Tile, LLC, its Members, managers, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I agree to:

• Follow all posted rules
• Respect the space and other participants
• Properly store tiles, mats, and equipment
• Dispose of trash appropriately

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old.
